Meemaw is here
Sheldon's beloved grandmother (his Meemaw) has finally been cast. Appearing on the show in February, Academy Award nominee June Squibb will protray this iconic character.
We first learnt that Sheldon had a soft spot for his Meemaw, and her cookies, in The Terminator Decoupling when Penny discovered her letters in a chinese puzzle box in his room. Sheldon adores his Meemaw and she feels the same way, calling him her 'Moonpie' because he's "...nummy nummy and she could just eat [him] up". We totally agree!
